Recit Advisory was founded by Roman Galikov and Wayne Gerard - two seasoned operators who’ve walked the founder journey themselves and know firsthand what it takes to start, scale, and successfully exit a company.

Wayne co-founded an enterprise SaaS company in 2012 that grew from an ambitious idea into a leading technology business, ultimately acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2022. Roman joined that journey early as CFO when the company closed its first institutional funding round, and over the years he steered its finances through multiple capital raises and international expansion into North America. Alongside that milestone, Roman has held CFO and COO roles in other high-growth tech companies, giving him a broad, practical perspective on what startups truly need behind the numbers. Wayne, meanwhile, has championed innovation far beyond his own ventures - serving as Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur in 2021 - 2022 and remaining an active investor and advisor to Australia’s startup ecosystem.
